Export-Import Bank (Ex-Im) Programs
If your company is an exporter of equipment, new or used, to foreign countries, you may be eligible for participating in one of several loan programs that are insured by the Export Import Bank of the U.S. Intercredit Bank can be your vehicle for arranging and providing this type of financing to your company. The basic requirements are that the equipment shipped be at least 51% of U.S. origin.
This type of financing can enhance your competitive advantage when negotiating the sale to your overseas buyer because you can provide financing for the equipment being purchase, and that financing will be insured by Ex-Im Bank.
